
Client Acquisition Manager

This role is about turning curious leads into confident traders and ensuring their first experience with Fusion Markets is a great one. What you will ownYoure curious, quick on your feet, and not afraid to pick up the phone or dive into a new challenge. You bring energy, initiative, and a knack for making things happen, without needing to be asked twice. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for:
- Working inbound and outbound leads across global markets, guiding clients through onboarding, activation, and funding.
- Supporting sales and partner teams with lead generation, account management, and client engagement.
- Collaborating with the Head of Sales on growth initiatives and ensure compliance with all internal and regulatory standards.
- Building strong relationships with clients and provide tailored support where needed.
- Working cross-functionally with Customer Service, Risk, Operations, Marketing, and Finance to enhance the overall client experience.
- Prior experience in a sales or client-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple client relationships and competing priorities.
- Confident communicator who enjoys engaging with people from diverse backgrounds and building lasting relationships.
- Interest in financial markets and trading, with a willingness to learn and grow in the space.
- Additional language skills (e.g. Mandarin, Spanish, Vietnamese, Italian, German) are desirable but not required.
