The Role

This role involves program management, stakeholder engagement, and local intelligence gathering. It may also include intergovernmental projects aiding clients in finding secure employment, gaining new skills, and transitioning into future jobs.

Our providers deliver programs to help parents, young people, Indigenous Australians, and Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) backgrounds overcome employment barriers.

To succeed, you will perform operational and administrative functions, including monitoring provider performance, contributing to projects, engaging stakeholders, and identifying process efficiencies to support employment retention.

Duties And Responsibilities

Responsibilities of the APS4 Level may include:

  • Providing general admin support, including transactions, research, data analysis, reporting, and record keeping.
  • Monitoring contract and guideline compliance to support service delivery.
  • Analyzing provider performance, drawing evidence-based conclusions, and making recommendations.
  • Communicating effectively with different audiences.
  • Supporting stakeholder engagement, including regional projects.
  • Capturing local insights on employment and skills landscapes.
  • Managing moderately complex service delivery issues.
  • Contributing to team activities and fostering a positive culture.
  • Some domestic travel, including overnight trips.
Qualifications and Education
  • Year 12 or equivalent certification desired but not essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs.
  • A driver's license is essential.
