Sales & Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities
  • Assist develop and execute marketing initiatives to elevate brand visibility and foster customer engagement.
  • Coordinate online & offline marketing activities and events with internal and external parties to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
  • Support Distribution and Retail partners in marketing our brand and products.
  • Track, evaluate and report on marketing campaign performance.
  • Support sales and operations on related administrative duties.
  • Work with different HQ departments on various tasks to ensure local operational efficiency.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of marketing experience in solar/renewable energy sector a big plus.
  • A quick learner and a team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Able to adapt changing priorities and can work under pressure.
  • Ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative settings.
  • Strong attention to detail, self-motivated and outcome driven.
  • Proficiency in both Mandarin Chinese and English.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
