Position: Preventive Health SA – Population Health

Salary: $121,107 to $125,679 – ASO8 – Full Time / Ongoing appointment

Overview:

The Manager, Mental Wellbeing and Suicide Prevention is responsible for managing the Mental Wellbeing and Suicide Prevention team to meet the objectives of the Population Health division. This includes supporting the implementation of Preventive Health SA's strategic objectives, the South Australian Public Health Act 2011, the South Australian Suicide Prevention Act 2021, and other mental health and wellbeing strategies.

The role involves engaging strategically with State Government, Commonwealth Government, Non-Government sectors, and Local Government to develop and deliver prevention and population health programs across the life course to improve mental wellbeing and prevent suicide and injuries.
