Trainee Environmental Health Officer – Part Time
  • Salary: $49,646 - $68,293 per annum pro-rata
  • 15.2 hours per week
  • Fixed term to 31 December 2025
  • Plus up to 14.5% superannuation (conditions apply)

Are you currently studying Environmental Health and want to gain "hands-on" experience while completing your degree? This opportunity involves working with Environmental Health Officers, assisting in providing educational, statutory, advisory, monitoring, and enforcement services to the community on environmental health issues.

You must have the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels, be adaptable, and develop empathy, trust, and rapport with internal and external customers. Additionally, you must have commenced a degree in Environmental Health and enjoy the physical demands associated with midge larvae sampling.
