In this role, you will be responsible for coordination and administrative activities associated with delivering the workstation replacement (WSR) program, in line with guidelines related to technical deployments, lifecycle schedules, and stock management.

This role involves delivering the program within a specific geographical area, engaging with the statewide Project Lead and other coordinators across the state to achieve statewide outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service through effective organisational and communication skills, including negotiation, advising, and collaborative decision-making.
  • Support clients by investigating and diagnosing incidents, and managing eHealth incident processes to maintain Service Levels.
  • Engage and report to the statewide project lead and collaborate with other Deployment coordinators to deliver the statewide program.

How you will be assessed

Technical expertise in managing, configuring, monitoring, and implementing ICT environments in one or more domains.Experience in delivering high-quality ICT support, managing workloads, prioritising tasks, and working independently.Ability to identify and resolve ICT problems within Service Level Agreements.Interpersonal skills and qualities that foster good working relationships, including supervising or mentoring junior staff and providing quality client service in a team environment.

Specific Working Conditions
