Sales Development Representative - Outbound - Remote. Kickstart your sales career with Employment Hero.
As an Outbound Sales Development Representative, you'll be working with our ANZ sales team and will be instrumental in shaping the growth of qualified leads and sales opportunities, directly contributing to our BHAG of revolutionising workforce management at Employment Hero. This role can be based anywhere in Australia.
Responsibilities- Generating new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, emails, and lead follow-ups.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets, contributing to the company's continued growth.
- Identifying and qualifying key decision-makers within prospects, setting the foundation for future sales.
- Collaborating with Account Executives to ensure smooth handover of high-potential leads for further development and closure.
- Source new sales opportunities through lead follow-up, outbound cold calls and emails.
- Understand customer needs and requirements through discovery calls.
- Route promising opportunities to the appropriate Account Executives for further development and closure.
- Dive into account research, identifying key decision-makers and sparking their interest.
- Maintain and grow your prospect database within your assigned segment.
- Collaborate on performing engaging online demos to prospects as needed.
- 1+ years of proven high volume outbound sales experience (B2B).
- Experience with tools like Sales LinkedIn Navigator, Lusha, ZoomInfo and Outreach.
- Track record of over-achieving on targets.
- Strong phone presence and resilience to be on the phone all day.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively.
