Known for delivering high quality residential developments, our client has an exciting opportunity for a IT MANAGER to join their medium-sized business and assist in their ongoing growth & success.

THE OPPORTUNITY:
As an IT manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, management, and seamless operation of the IT infrastructure.

You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Strategic IT Leadership - develop & execute IT strategies aligning with the business goals.
  • IT infrastructure oversight - Manage, maintain, implement & optimise the IT systems & infrastructure across the business.
  • Budgeting & Cost Management - Develop & manage the IT budget, reporting back to key leadership stakeholders.
  • Compliance & Security - Ensure compliance of all IT practices.
  • Vendor Management - Oversee external relationships, ensuring service quality & efficiency.
  • Team collaboration - Lead training across the business, create & maintain processes to promote a culture of continuous improvement.

ABOUT YOU:
You will have previous experience in a similar role (IT Senior / IT Manager) within the construction sector.

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role - IT Manager / Senior IT in residential construction.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven leadership & successful management of IT systems in a similar role | Residential construction required.
  • Excellent leadership skills - proven ability to implement, drive, motivate & train
  • Ability to foster excellent relationships with all stakeholders including Executives
  • Tertiary qualification (desired)
