Devonport and Burnie Chiropractic Centres are family focused practices with an enthusiastic team of practitioners and a high-energy, fun-filled, and well organised workplace. We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist/Chiropractic Assistant to join our team on a permanent part-time basis.

About You

Along with a passion for health and wellness, you will:

Have a natural ability to provide exceptional customer service and enjoy working with a diverse range of patients

Possess strong communication skills and a friendly, professional phone manner

Be highly organised, particularly in a fast-paced environment, with excellent attention to detail

Have strong administrative skills

Bring a friendly, bubbly personality to the workplace

Exhibit energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism in all aspects of the role

Previous experience as a Chiropractic Assistant or Allied Health Assistant will be highly regarded

The role includes but is not limited to:

Greeting, building and maintaining professional relationships with our patients

Taking telephone enquiries in a confident and efficient manner

Processing payments using HICAPS and EFTPOS

Scheduling appointments and ensuring patients are following a care plan recommended by the chiropractor

Supporting and assisting the chiropractor with general tasks

This is a permanent part time position of approximately 15 - 20 hours per week, across our Devonport and Burnie locations, with the opportunity for additional hours as required. Remuneration is in accordance with industry standards and fully paid training will be provided in our well-established systems and procedures.
