Are you passionate about beauty, skin health, and exceptional customer service?

Face Bar is growing, and we're looking for a warm, organised, and professional Sales Assistant to join our front of house team part-time. As the first face our clients see, you'll play a vital role in delivering a seamless, welcoming, and elevated experience from the moment they step through our doors.

About the Role:

  • Be the friendly face that warmly greets every client
  • Manage bookings, phone, and online enquiries
  • Support our therapists to ensure a smooth daily flow
  • Handle payments and process product sales
  • Maintain a polished, welcoming, and calming reception area
  • Oversee stock control and place orders when needed
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their experience exceeds expectations
  • Answer client questions and provide knowledgeable advice on our services and products
  • Assist with creating engaging social media content

  • Well-presented, articulate and confident under pressure
  • Organised with strong attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy (experience with salon software and social media is a bonus)
