As we enter an exciting new chapter of our ABI journey, we are seeking a full-timeShowroom Managerto lead our new showroom inMarrickville.

As our Showroom Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our Sydney location, with a focus on sales performance, customer experience, and warehouse logistics. You'll lead and support a dynamic local team, build lasting client relationships, and foster a high-performing, collaborative environment that reflects ABI's commitment to excellence.

What you will be doing:

• Foster a strong commitment to ABI Interiors' mission, vision, and values while promoting an inclusive and welcoming environment.
• Leading and developing a passionate team to create a supportive, high-performing environment.
• Driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences that align with our design ethos.
• Overseeing showroom and site operations, including inventory accuracy, warehouse logistics, and visual merchandising.
• Providing expert design consultations, preparing tailored presentations and quotes for our customers.
• Managing stock levels, resolving operational issues, and ensuring seamless day-to-day efficiency.
• Building lasting customer relationships, becoming a trusted advisor throughout their journey.
• Monitoring team performance, identifying areas for growth, and implementing improvement plans.
• Preparing monthly reports on sales, leads, customer retention, and conversion, and adjusting strategies to achieve targets.
• Representing the brand at meetings, industry events, and marketing initiatives to strengthen our presence.
• Oversee all aspects of the showroom, facilities, warehouse, and after-sales operations to ensure a seamless customer journey and exceptional employee experience.

About You:

• Proven leadership skills in a luxury retail or showroom environment.
• Confidently engage in proactive and professional collaboration with all internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrate strategic leadership, operational efficiency, and a strong customer-first approach while optimising workflow and business outcomes.
• Bestow a positive, proactive attitude combined with a commitment to continuous learning and curiosity.
• Work well independently with a willingness to take initiative.
• Embody a positive teamwork outlook and collaborative attitude.
• Be available to work across 7 days in various locations as required to maximise the ABI experience.
