Showroom Ambassador

We're looking for a warm and welcoming Showroom Concierge to join our Inner South Sydney team.
About the role
As part of our team, you'll act as front of house, greeting builders, interior designers, and homeowners, and assisting our consultants to guide customers through their renovation process to achieve their ideal bathroom.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Greeting and welcoming customers in person and over the phone
- Ensuring customers are cared for and have refreshments
- Managing customer queries and orders via email and phone
- Assisting with preparing quotes, processing payments, and arranging deliveries
- Keeping the showroom and reception area tidy and ensuring smooth and safe operations
You'll be based at our St Leonards and Balmain branches for training until our new showroom opens in late 2025. No experience is required – just enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
Key Skills and Qualifications
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality and enjoys helping customers and supporting a team
- Is organized and attentive to when a customer or colleague needs help
- Is comfortable with computers, can use PowerPoint, and is eager to learn new systems
- Is open to working various shifts, including weekends
