Oracle CC&B/C2M Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle CC&B/C2M implementation specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) and C2M/CCS across power generation, transmission, and distribution for electric, gas, and water services.

This role requires a technical expert with extensive knowledge of Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) and config tools. The successful candidate will lead design, build, test, and deploy technical solutions in Oracle CC&B/C2M/CCS with proficiency in RICE (Reports, Interface, Conversions, and Extensions).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement technical solutions in Oracle CC&B/C2M/CCS.
  • Develop complex technical design documents from functional specification documents.
  • Guide the development of technical design documents and configure packages to meet project requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
  • At least 1 or 2 full-cycle implementations for a utility (power/water/swear water domain).
  • Familiarity with process integration of CCS with other utility enterprise and operational systems.
  • Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership and delivery management background.
  • Experience of leading design teams, working with client teams/SMEs, and guiding them through the project life cycle.

  • Oracle cloud, Oracle DB
