We are seeking a highly skilled Centre Manager to lead our centre's operations and drive excellence in childcare services.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in centre management, with experience in team leadership, budget management, and stakeholder engagement.
About the RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve centre operations and achieve business objectives
- Motivating and managing a high-performing team to deliver exceptional outcomes for children and families
- Fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote the centre's reputation and interests
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Centre Manager, with a proven track record of success
- A degree, advanced diploma, or diploma in Children's Services, or a related field
- Ideal experience in setting up and opening new services, with a focus on operational efficiency and innovation
