As part of its continued growth, the company is seeking an FP&A Analyst to contribute to financial planning, reporting, and analysis that supports strategic decision-making.

The Role

This position offers the opportunity to work closely with leaders across finance, accounting, and operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid accounting foundation, proven experience in financial analysis, and an interest in driving efficiency and insight through data. Background in cost accounting within a manufacturing environment is especially valued.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, analyze, and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business planning and strategic initiatives
  • Partner with accounting and operations to review product costs, margins, and variance trends
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages, highlighting insights and actionable recommendations
  • Provide leadership with scenario modeling, cash flow analysis, and KPI tracking
  • Assist with monthly and year-end close activities to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on capital investment analysis, pricing strategies, and operational improvements
  • Utilize ERP data (Sage experience strongly preferred) to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
  • 3–10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, accounting, or related roles
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles; CPA or CMA designation a plus
  • Cost accounting or prior manufacturing industry experience highly preferred
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; ERP experience with Sage a significant advantage
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
