Financial Planning and Analysis Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, analyze, and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business planning and strategic initiatives.
  • Partner with accounting and operations to review product costs, margins, and variance trends.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages, highlighting insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Provide leadership with scenario modeling, cash flow analysis, and KPI tracking.
  • Assist with monthly and year-end close activities to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on capital investment analysis, pricing strategies, and operational improvements.
  • Utilize ERP data (Sage experience strongly preferred) to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
  • 3–10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, accounting, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles; CPA or CMA designation a plus.
  • Cost accounting or prior manufacturing industry experience highly preferred.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; ERP experience with Sage a significant advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
