We are now expanding our product suite with an exciting, brand-new digital product designed to increase psychological wellbeing. This is an opportunity to take a concept from vision to reality, working closely with the CEO to create something transformative in the mental health space.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to conceptualise, design, and lead the development of a brand-new digital product that will sit alongside our existing suite of offerings. You will be responsible for the full product lifecycle — from early ideation through to commercialisation — working with cross-functional teams including design, marketing, and tech.

In this role, you will:

Define the pathway for a new digital wellbeing product, with support of the CEO and a science team.

Develop and own the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and existing strengths.

Work towards achieving product–market fit through development of a MVP, feedback, and iteration.

Identify and integrate commercialisation opportunities into the later stages of the roadmap.

Collaborate with marketing, design, and tech teams to bring the product to life.

Have a good grasp of product design and user experience.

Produce clear and detailed documentation for the tech team to implement.

Work directly with the CEO and senior leadership team on strategic decisions.

About You

You are a strategic thinker with strong execution skills, comfortable moving between high-level vision and hands-on delivery. You thrive in cross-functional collaboration and are motivated by building products that make a genuine impact on people's lives.

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Product Manager.

Proven experience working with tech, marketing, and senior leadership teams.

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.

Demonstrated ability to work with AI technologies.

Strong product portfolio showcasing your previous work and impact.

Familiarity with agile methodologies.

Vibe-coders very welcome.
