Digital Mental Health Product Designer

This is a challenging role for an experienced Senior Product Designer who can lead the end-to-end design of our digital mental health products. The successful candidate will be comfortable working on complex briefs and crafting thoughtful and accessible designs that put the user at the centre of the experience.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design function, you will be responsible for designing and delivering user-centred product design from discovery research through to production-ready solutions. You will work closely with our product, engineering, and youth participation teams to ensure that our digital products are of the highest quality and meet the needs of our users.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver user-centred product design from discovery research through to production-ready solutions
* Collaborate with product, engineering, and youth participation teams to design, test, and iterate solutions
* Advocate for users by applying qualitative and quantitative insights to guide design decisions and strategic product direction
* Maintain and evolve the design system, uphold design principles, and contribute to peer-review and quality-assurance processes
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience with digital product design and strong visual design and user interface skills
- Extensive experience as a product or interaction designer with a proven ability to solve complex design problems and deliver high-quality, user-centred digital products
- Proficient in accessibility, inclusive design, and industry-standard design tools, with strong visual, written, and verbal communication skills
- Skilled in iterative design within agile environments, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and guiding stakeholders at all levels
