Lead Mental Health Education Across Australia and New Zealand

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled individual to drive innovation and excellence in mental health education across two countries.

The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists is the professional body responsible for training, educating, and representing psychiatrists in Australia and New Zealand.

The Executive Dean of Education will lead the College's education portfolio, including developing and delivering innovative programs, strategies, and policies across Australia and New Zealand.

This role will involve revising the Fellowship Program and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards set by the Australian and New Zealand Medical Councils.

The position also leads the education department, fostering a collaborative culture that ensures the College's education programs are contemporary, inclusive, sustainable, and responsive to the needs of trainees, Fellows, and the wider profession.
