About the role

This is a full-time administrative role with Newage Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Pty Ltd located in Warners Bay. You will be responsible for providing excellent administrative support, reception duties, and accounts support to the business.

What you'll be doing

Answering and managing incoming phone calls and emails

Greeting and assisting customers at the front reception desk

Booking/scheduling of service calls & installations, requesting quotes & ordering spare parts

Preparing sales orders/invoices, taking deposits/payments

Assisting with accounts payable and receivable processes

Providing general administrative support to the wider team as needed

What we\'re looking for

Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organisational and time management abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and MYOB accounting software

A positive, customer-focused attitude

The ability to work independently and as part of a team
