Rohrig is offering an exciting opportunity for a talented Project Manager to join our expanding NSW team.

In this role, the successful candidate will take ownership of the following key responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of the project lifecycle to meet client objectives
  • Lead the development of project briefs, implement procurement protocols, and manage the tender process through to contract award
  • Assist in the preparation of programs for design, construction, and general project delivery
  • Advise clients on the most suitable design and construction options, providing clear and concise reports
  • Manage the handover process, including defect rectification and operational training as required

What Sets You Apart:

  • Bachelor's Degree of Project or Construction Management
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with various delivery methodologies, including Head Contract, ECI, and Design & Construct models
  • Ideally experience in multi-residential and commercial construction projects
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong listening abilities
  • Professional presentation and a positive, proactive attitude
  • Experience managing projects from planning and design through to procurement and handover
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and nurture business and personal relationships
