Night and Weekend Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the cinema during night shifts and weekends, including school holidays and public holidays.
This role requires someone with exceptional leadership skills, enthusiasm, drive, and the ability to motivate their team to achieve site goals and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational responsibility for the cinema in the absence of senior management, ensuring all departments follow correct service procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
- Providing quality service and striving to exceed customer expectations, including responding to customer feedback.
- Working closely with the senior management team to ensure a positive and energetic team culture.
- Managing revenue and financial responsibilities, including meeting revenue targets and KPI's.
To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate a high level of energy, at least 12 months experience in a supervisory role or duty manager level, and a genuine can-do attitude. You should also have superior organisational and multi-tasking skills, a willingness to adapt and thrive under pressure, and a considerable amount of passion for your team and the business.
