We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Duty Manager to join our operations team during night and weekend shifts.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, be able to motivate and engage their team members, and drive results-oriented performance. They will also have strong problem-solving skills, be able to work well under pressure, and maintain a customer-focused approach in all interactions.
This role requires operational responsibility for the cinema, maintaining a high level of quality service, working closely with senior management, revenue and financial management, and ensuring health and safety policies are followed.
To be successful in this position, you will need to demonstrate:
- A high level of energy and enthusiasm
- At least 12 months experience in a supervisory role or duty manager position
- A genuine can-do attitude and willingness to adapt to changing circumstances
- Superior organisational and multi-tasking skills
- Hungry for professional growth and development
- RSA and Senior First Aid certificate is preferred but not required
