About the role

Due to recent growth of our Firm, we are searching for a skilled Learning and Development Adviser to join our growing People and Culture team. This role will be to advise and coordinate the development and implementation of L&D programs throughout the firm and working closely with the P&C team across other areas of the employment lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

Reporting to our People and Culture Manager, you will be responsible to:

  • Lead the L&D program of the firm in line with EVP and Firm strategy.
  • Manage, oversee and facilitate new start on-boarding inductions and firmwide training.
  • Manage coaching and mentoring programs as well as leadership design programs.
  • Manage succession planning and promotion pathway programs.

About you

This role will suit an experienced Learning and Development professional with a growth mindset, and solutions focused style. You will be proactive, personable and enjoy a varied and autonomous role.

To be successful in this position, you will have:

  • Proven training and facilitation experience.
  • Understanding of contemporary and best practice L&D and OD programs.
  • Experience implementing and delivering digital learning programs in a professional services industry advantageous.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively coach, influence and affect change.
