  The University of Queensland's newly established Faculty of Health, Medicine and Behavioural Sciences is seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of School, Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences.   About You
  
  You will hold a PhD in Pharmacy or a closely related field, along with an internationally recognised track record of research excellence. This includes a substantial publication record in high-quality journals, a proven ability to secure competitive research funding, and demonstrated success in building research capacity and supporting research training.
  
  You are a values-driven leader with the strategic capability, emotional intelligence, and the ability to unite and inspire diverse teams. You foster a collaborative, inclusive culture and lead with cultural awareness, demonstrating a strong understanding of the historical, social, and political contexts impacting First Nations peoples.
  
  You are deeply committed to high-quality, evidence-based education, with experience in delivering teaching at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. You understand the value of inter-professional education and interdisciplinary research in advancing the future of pharmacy and health. With strong external engagement skills, you've built productive relationships across industry, government, and professional bodies and understand how to position the School for long-term success and impact.
