At Remedy Healthcare, we are on a mission to deliver exceptional health outcomes through high-performing teams, innovative service models, and a deep commitment to real wellbeing. We're looking for a dynamic Head of Out of Hospital Operations to lead our integrated health platform, supporting a broad portfolio of care across Hospital Care at Home, Rehabilitation at Home, Virtual Care, Reconditioning, and Chronic Disease programs.

This hybrid role can be based in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbournewith 3 days per week in the office and 2 days from home on a 12-month full-time fixed term contract.

Your Impact:

In this pivotal leadership role, you will:

  • Lead and inspire a national team of clinical and non-clinical professionals
  • Own end-to-end operational performance across the Out of Hospital (OOH) portfolio
  • Drive clinical governance, service excellence, and workforce optimisation
  • Foster innovation and implement change to deliver safe, efficient, and scalable care models
  • Champion continuous improvement, best practice, and high-reliability standards
  • Strengthen our referral pathways, triage and intake processes and digital care coordination

Who you are:

You're a visionary healthcare leader with:

  • 10+ years' experience in senior management within health or community services
  • Deep expertise in patient referral, triage/intake, care coordination and virtual care operations
  • AHPRA Registration (Nursing or Allied Health)
  • A proven track record of building, developing, and leading high-performing teams
  • Strong commercial, digital, and project delivery acumen
  • Confidence in navigating complexity, transformation, and change
  • Flexibility & Balance: Hybrid working with wellbeing and deep listening leave days.
