We're looking for a proactive and collaborative Property Manager to manage a portfolio of 122 thoughtfully designed terrace homes located within two gated community complexes in Richlands. This portfolio has the potential to increase as new projects settle.

Key Responsibilities

Property Management | Tenant Relations | Owner Relations | Leasing and Marketing

Fostering strong tenant and owner relationships through proactive communication and service excellence

Preparing tenancy documentation, negotiating lease terms, rental renewals and representing owners at practical completion and property handovers

Coordinating maintenance requests, engaging contractors as required

Facilitating property valuations, market appraisals and keeping owners informed

Managing leasing activities including advertising vacancies, conducting property viewings and securing tenancies

Collaborating with marketing teams to implement strategies that optimise and attract quality tenants

Supporting a culture of continuous improvement in our systems and processes

About You

4+ years' experience in a property management role

Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act [QLD]

Familiarity with Body Corporate and Community Management Act [QLD]

Proficiency in property management software [PropertyMe, Inspection Express, IRE]

Great communication skills and a natural drive to help and support others

Confident working autonomously with attention to detail

A genuine commitment to continuous learning and improvement

Manage beautiful well-maintained terraces with a well-known property developer

The perfect opportunity for an experienced property manager looking to broaden their knowledge and learn about the caretaking and development space

Your supportive team consists of fellow Property Managers, onsite Team Leader, 4 virtual assistants, Leasing Manager and Head of Department

Competitive salary + per km car allowance

Office based role with 1 day work from home per week [Tuesdays], following successful probation period
