As our Due Diligence Analyst reporting to the Due Diligence Manager, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of due diligence, vetting and screening actions in support of The Star's AML/CTF Program.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will This is a fantastic opportunity where you will contribute directly to protecting The Star from financial crime risks by conducting thorough due diligence, enhancing customer risk assessments, and supporting the integrity of our AML/CTF compliance framework.

**A few of your responsibilities**:

- Analyse and evaluate information from a range of sources including commercial and open-source databases.
- Identify and classify potential AML/CTF related risk.
- Accurately update TrackVia and CMS, with revised risk ratings and concise summaries of due diligence findings. Compile in depth diligence reports as required.
- Conduct due diligence in accordance with both the AML/CTF Program and the mandatory ECDD Standing Operating Procedures.
- Undertake exclusion related documentation in accordance with the requisite practices and procedures.
- Develop and maintain conducive working relationships with key stakeholders

**What we are looking for**:

- At least 3 years' experience working in a due diligence, intelligence, investigative or compliance related environment; and/or
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills. Proficient in Chinese characters/text will be favourably viewed.
- High level research, analytical critical thinking skills and the proven ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Comprehensive understanding of relevant statutory compliance and reporting requirements.
- Experience working in a casino and/or gaming environment would be an advantage but not essential.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and proficient in using analytical software and database record management systems.
