A1 Earthworx is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join their team based in Lake Cargelligo, NSW.

With a strong reputation and exponential growth, A1 Earthworx is looking for a Project Engineer reporting directly to the Project Manager. The role involves supervising employees, ensuring safety, and delivering project outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Project Manager to ensure safe, timely, and budget-compliant project delivery.
  • Liaising with all project stakeholders.
  • Resource and labour management.
  • Planning and programming.
  • Managing sub-contractors.
  • Overseeing safety, quality, and environmental management.
Knowledge And Experience
  • 5-10 years experience in Bulk Earthworks, Roads, or Dams.
  • Engineering degree or similar qualification.
  • Supporting project management with labour and resource optimization.
  • Experience with budgets, cost control, and forecasting.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to produce reports, including progress and variation reports.
  • Compliance with OH&S, legal, environmental policies, etc.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
  • Focus on a zero-harm environment.
  • Drivers Licence and White Card required.
