We are seeking an organised & proactive Branch Service Coordinator to join our administration team in Forrestfield, Perth.

The Opportunity

Coordinate tyre fitters and job scheduling to ensure efficient service delivery & customer satisfaction

Ensure regular client communication to ensure timely competition of requests

Deliver admin support to your team in sales, service or tech support

Maintain accurate databases and documentation

Assist with inventory, freight, reports and communications

Coordinate services on-site or off-site

About You - Essential

Competence with Microsoft Office applications

Reliable and a team player

Clear communicator both written and verbal

Current work rights in Australia

About You - Preferred

Experience in mining, agriculture, manufacturing or logistics

SAP experience or exposure
