Document Controller at Arup

Arup is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Document Controller to support project teams in managing documentation workflows and ensuring accuracy and compliance. This role involves working closely with internal stakeholders and external project participants to maintain high standards of document control.

The Opportunity

Roles and responsibilities include establishing and managing document control processes, registers and filing systems for projects; transmitting and tracking project documentation using online document management systems; coordinating document flow protocols, RFI procedures and client deliverables; attending project meetings and supporting onboarding/demobilisation of team members; assisting in producing document management plans and ensuring compliance with client standards.

Is this role right for you?

  • Minimum 2 years' experience with online document management systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, including calm problem-solving.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
  • Experience in a project environment and commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
