Sales Development Representative - Expression of Interest at MRI Software. Join to apply for the Sales Development Representative - Expression of Interest role at MRI Software. You will be trained on MRI's solutions and promote them within existing markets in the APAC region. As a key member of the Marketing function, the SDR team engages and qualifies prospective and existing customers via telephone, email, and social media to determine interest and fit for MRI Software solutions and to pass qualified prospects to the sales team. Team members conduct revenue-generating tasks, including market analysis and organizational research within existing and prospective customer organizations. While previous experience is ideal, candidates who show drive and potential and wish to progress to a field sales role will be strongly considered.
Responsibilities- Qualify and develop leads from a variety of scenarios, identifying which MRI solution is best suited for the prospect.
- Manage phone calls to ensure all sales calls are answered, respond quickly and professionally to website inquiries, and monitor inbox for new sales inquiries.
- Demonstrate efficient lead management, maintaining detailed notes and analyses.
- Clearly listen and communicate solution knowledge to educate prospects.
- Develop relationships with a wide range of prospect types across MRI's markets.
- Proficiency with tools to manage pipeline and add value to the prospective experience, including CRM, sales enablement platforms, meeting booking systems, marketing enablement platform, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align on strategic approach.
- Support outbound marketing activities to drive customer interaction and attendance at trade shows, webinars/seminars, campaigns and events (online or in person).
- Meet or exceed quarterly/monthly targets contributing to bonus structure.
- Participate in ongoing development programs including sales and marketing sessions and product training.
- Deliver on learning and development tasks such as presentations, performance analysis, and field visits with the sales team.
- Act as a subject matter expert on the real estate sector using internal and external sources.
- Keen interest in technology and its role in business.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexible, self-starter with the ability to follow directives and work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in business or marketing preferred but not essential.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Understanding of how social networking tools can be used in business.
- Open to new initiatives and confident to propose improvements while following a structured sales process.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly.
