Are you a driven Civil Electrical Leading Hand with a passion for infrastructure delivery?

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Civil Electrical Leading Hand to join our high-performing team. You'll lead by example on-site, supporting the delivery of essential infrastructure projects across Queensland and New South Wales.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading a small crew on-site to safely and efficiently complete civil and electrical works.
  • Coordinating trenching, conduit installation, and backfilling in line with Energex standards.
  • Liaising with Engineers and Project Managers to plan and meet production targets.
  • Managing subcontractors and ensuring quality, safety, and environmental compliance.

What you'll bring:

  • 5+ years of site-based experience, ideally in power infrastructure or similar.
  • Background delivering projects to Energex standards.
  • Experience with trenching, backfilling, traffic signals, and rate 2 and 3 lighting.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • MR/HR licence and telecommunications (NBN) experience are highly regarded.
  • Flexibility to travel and work remotely or away when required.
