Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Civil Design Expert to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will work on projects delivering solutions in urban and land development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil design, with experience in preparing conceptual and detailed designs using 12D software. You will interpret civil design requirements of State Government and Local Government Authorities, and interface with associated disciplines such as transport, planning, survey, traffic, electrical and landscaping.

You will also interact with clients regarding project needs, demonstrate senior civil designer experience in land and urban developments, and possess relevant qualifications. Ideally, you will have demonstrated experience using 12D software, familiarity with local authority and state government approval and regulatory requirements, and a commitment to self-improvement and continuing professional development.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing conceptual and detailed designs using 12D software;
  • Interpreting civil design requirements of State Government and Local Government Authorities;
  • Interface with associated disciplines such as transport, planning, survey, traffic, electrical and landscaping;
  • Interacting with clients regarding project needs;
