Senior Civil Designer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in land, urban, and subdivision projects, with a strong understanding of civil design requirements.

  • Prepare conceptual and detailed designs for land subdivisions, road infrastructure, drainage, sewer & water systems, and associated infrastructure using 12D software.

  • Interpret civil design requirements for State Government, Local Government Authorities, and private sector clients.

  • Collaborate with associated disciplines such as transport, planning, survey, traffic, electrical, and landscaping teams.

  • Engage with clients to understand project needs and provide expert advice.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated senior civil designer experience in land, urban, and subdivision projects.

  • Relevant qualifications, including a Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

  • Experience with 12D software and local authority/state government approval and regulatory requirements.

  • A commitment to self-improvement and continuing professional development.
