Civil Electrical Leading Hand Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Civil Electrical Leading Hand to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on various infrastructure projects, leading a small crew and ensuring the safe and efficient completion of civil and electrical works.

  • Leading by example on-site, supporting the delivery of essential infrastructure projects across Queensland and New South Wales.

You will have the chance to coordinate trenching, conduit installation, and backfilling in line with Energex standards, as well as liaise with Engineers and Project Managers to plan and meet production targets.

  • 5+ years of site-based experience, ideally in power infrastructure or similar.
  • Background delivering projects to Energex standards.
  • Experience with trenching, backfilling, traffic signals, and rate 2 and 3 lighting.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
