Job Opportunity

This is a key role for an experienced Civil Designer who has delivered high-profile civil projects across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing conceptual and detailed designs using specialist software such as 12D (including land subdivisions, road infrastructure, drainage, sewer & water systems and associated infrastructure)
  • Interpreting complex civil design requirements from various stakeholders including government bodies and private clients
  • Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams such as transport, planning, survey, traffic, electrical and landscaping
  • Communicating with clients to meet their project needs
About You
  • Demonstrate extensive experience in land, urban and subdivision development
  • Relevant professional qualifications
  • Experience in using 12D software would be highly desirable
  • Familiarity with local authority and state government regulations and approval processes
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
