A little more about the role…

Reporting to the CRM Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing, executing, and optimising CRM initiatives to drive customer engagement, retention, and business growth. You'll collaborate closely with the marketing team to design and enhance customer journeys that deliver impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing the CRM strategy alongside the CRM Manager
  • Manage the full marketing campaign cycle: planning, briefing, building, testing, deployment, and analysis
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure campaigns align with brand and strategy
  • Support the development and execution of Customer Lifecycle & Automation Programs across email, SMS, and push notifications
  • Implement and test automations to support key lifecycle stages (e.g., Welcome, abandon cart/browse, win-back)
  • Track and report on key metrics such as lead generation, click-through, and conversion rates and analyse data to assess campaign effectiveness and use insights to inform and improve future campaigns.
  • Continuously improve campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance insights
  • Leverage CRM data to inform audience targeting, personalisation, and journey optimisation
  • Identify opportunities for growth by analysing customer behaviour and campaign performance trends

About you:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Degree level qualification in Marketing, Communications or Marketing-related field.
  • A background within CRM, email marketing and driving customer engagement strategies.
  • Strong understanding of CRM tools, automation, and integration, particularly Salesforce (desired but not essential).
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proven expertise in building email campaigns, CRM automation flows and lifecycle programs.
  • Proficiency in CRM reporting and analytics tools e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau
  • Strong segmentation experience & the ability to analyse large data sets.
  • Experience and exposure with A/B testing and automation.
