This role involves following company processes, completing HR tasks throughout the end-to-end employee lifecycle, providing HR administrative support, and contributing to strategic HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a learner mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Execute recruitment: job postings, screen candidates, arrange interviews and assist between processes
- Initiate and complete onboarding tasks using an HRIS (Human Resource Information System)
- Populate HR-related reports and metrics
- Maintain records in the HRIS
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR procedures and strategic initiatives
- Coordinate employee recognition awards and participate in other HR generalist tasks as required
Qualifications
- Experience in HR admin or general office admin
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Tech savvy with various software and Microsoft Office
