Overview

This role involves following company processes, completing HR tasks throughout the end-to-end employee lifecycle, providing HR administrative support, and contributing to strategic HR initiatives. It's an opportunity for someone with entry-level experience in human resources to gain hands-on skills in the HR career path. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a learner mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities
  • Execute recruitment: job postings, screen candidates, arrange interviews and assist between processes
  • Initiate and complete onboarding tasks using an HRIS (Human Resource Information System)
  • Populate HR-related reports and metrics
  • Maintain records in the HRIS
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR procedures and strategic initiatives
  • Coordinate employee recognition awards and participate in other HR generalist tasks as required

Qualifications
  • Experience in HR admin or general office admin
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Tech savvy with various software and Microsoft Office
