We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator (Part Time) to join our team at our headquarter in Murarrie, Brisbane.
This role involves following company processes, completing HR tasks throughout the end-to-end employee lifecycle, providing HR administrative support, and contributing to strategic HR initiatives.
It's an opportunity for someone with entry-level experience in human resources to gain hands-on skills in the HR career path.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a learner mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Execute recruitment: job postings, screen candidates, arrange interviews and assist between processes Initiate and complete onboarding tasks using an HRIS (Human Resource Information System)Populate HR-related reports and metrics Maintain records in the HRISContribute to the development and implementation of HR procedures and strategic initiatives Coordinate employee recognition awards and participate in other HR generalist tasks as required Qualifications Experience in HR admin or general office admin Strong communication and organisational skills Tech savvy with various software and Microsoft Office What We Offer Competitive remuneration package Three days a week flexible arrangement of days Training and professional development opportunities Seniority level Entry level Employment type Other Job function Human Resources Industries Mining
