Overview

An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our HR team as a Junior Executive Assistant. This is a fantastic entry point for someone with strong administration skills who is eager to grow, learn, and support the success of our HR and Recruitment functions at Place. This is a full-time opportunity, available for immediate commencement (or we can work with your timeline) and will be based at our beautiful Head Office located on James Street, New Farm.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the HR team calendar, including birthdays, anniversaries, leave, and special events.
  • Prepare agendas and coordinate regular HR team meetings.
  • Support the HR and Recruitment teams with onboarding solutions, training materials, and process updates.
  • Provide administrative support for HR initiatives, recruitment campaigns, and Employer Brand projects.
  • Assist with Agent Recruitment tasks in JobAdder and coordinate HQ tours for new agents and team members.
  • Deliver general day-to-day administrative tasks and ad hoc requests from the Head of People & HR.
Requirements
  • Previous administration experience (HR exposure is a bonus, but not essential).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
