HR Business Analyst – Talent Acquisition Transformation

Contract until June 2026 | Sydney | Hybrid

We're on the lookout for a hands-on, functional HR Business Analyst to join a global Talent Acquisition transformation program already in motion. This is a high-impact role, working across multiple workstreams to streamline processes, uplift the recruitment experience, and drive efficiencies at scale.

What you'll be doing

• Map current-state TA processes, design future-state workflows, and conduct gap analyses.
• Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and enhance the recruiter, hiring manager, and candidate experience.
• Document requirements, processes, and user stories using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Miro.
• Engage with global stakeholders across Talent, Technology, and the broader business to ensure solutions meet both local and enterprise needs.
• Support delivery across multiple workstreams, from recruitment automation to optimising existing HR tech platforms.

What you'll bring

• Strong BA skills in functional HR transformation projects (TA experience a bonus but not essential).
• Experience with current/future-state mapping, process improvement, and user-centric design.
• Comfortable working in a global, matrix environment with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Miro (and bonus points for Workday know-how).
• Collaborative, adaptable, and outcome-focused — happy to pitch in where needed.
• Contract until June 2026 (with possibility of extension).
• Sydney-based hybrid model — around 2 days in the office per week.
