Job Title:

Property Support Specialist

About the Role:

This role involves providing high-quality support to Property Managers in ensuring the smooth operation of our property portfolio. You will be instrumental in assisting with budget preparation, account management, and tenant relations.

You will work closely with the Property Management team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive working relationship with tenants, contractors, and owners.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as part of a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
  1. Assist with budget preparation, including forecasts and financial reporting;
  2. Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payment and resolution of discrepancies;
  3. Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring up-to-date information on tenancy schedules and lease agreements;
  4. Communicate effectively with tenants, contractors, and owners, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional manner;
  5. Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet business objectives;
  6. Perform other tasks as required to support the Property Management team.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
