Overview

Our client is a rapidly expanding, award-winning organisation which provides emergency roadside assistance services to drivers across Australia and New Zealand 24/7. They work with leading automotive manufacturers, major insurance groups and fleet management groups, providing a premium customer service.

Role

Regional Manager, within the Network Provider division, is accountable for contract management, driving the end-to-end provision of motoring assistance services via a large and diverse network of contracted service providers within their region (QLD / SA / NT / VIC).

In addition to reviewing, developing and implementing strategic changes to improve the performance and expansion of these providers, you will also be supporting the changing business environment, helping to deliver business objectives in respect to service delivery and commercial effectiveness.

Key to the role is the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders, working closely with other roadside delivery parts of the business to achieve a common goal and improve overall performance. The position demands excellent relationship building skills, strong influencing capability, attention to detail and a desire to drive continuous improvement.

Additionally, there will also be a strong focus on compliance so the successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Standard Operating Procedures, safe work practices, quality and relevant policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage contract management and end-to-end provision of motoring assistance services through a large network of contracted providers within the region (QLD / SA / NT / VIC).
  • Review, develop and implement strategic changes to improve provider performance and expand service delivery.
  • Support changing business needs and deliver objectives related to service delivery and commercial effectiveness.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders and collaborate with other roadside delivery functions to achieve shared goals and improve performance.
  • Demonstrate excellent relationship-building, influencing capability, attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, safe work practices, quality standards and relevant policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Impeccable record with credibility and experience in contractor management.
  • Strong systems experience and experience in large tender processes to secure providers.
  • Experience in introducing best-in-class technology for an online provider management system.
