This is a permanent position within Brisbane's largest residential landscaping company, offering a leadership role where your expertise is valued, and your growth is supported.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Managing multiple residential and softscape landscape projects across Brisbane
  • Overseeing project budgets from $0k to $500k (most around $150k–$300k)
  • Handling site inspections, variations, and client communications
  • Working closely with experienced crews—programming not required
  • Maintaining high quality, on-time delivery, and client satisfaction
Requirements
  • Proven experience in landscape or construction project management
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Excellent computer skills (Mac experience preferred)
  • Familiarity with variations, estimations, and on-site inspections
  • A positive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Valid driver's license
