Contract Site ManagerDesign & Build Recruitment is searching for a number of different contract site managers to work with a variety of our clients on fitout or new build projects across Brisbane and the Gold Coast.As a Contract Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of these projects and many more to come.
Whether you are a career contractor or have a gap in perm employment, we would like to speak with you.ResponsibilitiesLead the on-site construction team and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Manage project resources including labour, materials, and equipment.
Work within budgetary constraints.
Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.
Perform "look-a-heads" and monitor project progress against key milestones.
Requirements:Ability to work autonomously.
Commitment to the project, start to finish.
Reliability and the desire to do the right thing and reach PC.
Proven experience as a Site Manager on eithe fitout or new build projects.
