
Customer Service Officer

Join a growing FMCG brand as a temporary Customer Service Officer. This role offers an immediate start with a rotating roster (including some weekends) and flexible work-from-home options. You will provide multi-channel support to deliver exceptional service and support customer satisfaction and retention in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries across phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve order, delivery, and product issues promptly
- Liaise with logistics and operations on fulfilment challenges
- Maintain accurate CRM records and case notes
- Share feedback to enhance service processes
- Escalate complex issues when required
- 2-3 years of experience in a busy customer service or call centre role, ideally in FMCG or E-commerce
- Clear communication, ability to work under pressure, and strong problem-solving skills
- Confident using CRM and ticketing systems
- Value collaboration and delivering exceptional service
- Work with a strong, established national brand
- Build cross-functional experience
- Supportive culture with flexible remote options and a balanced rotating roster
- Location: Western Sydney
- Salary: A$30.00/hr - A$35.00/hr + Super
- Role Type: Temporary
