Overview

Join a growing FMCG brand as a temporary Customer Service Officer. This role offers an immediate start with a rotating roster (including some weekends) and flexible work-from-home options. You will provide multi-channel support to deliver exceptional service and support customer satisfaction and retention in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries across phone, email, and chat channels
  • Resolve order, delivery, and product issues promptly
  • Liaise with logistics and operations on fulfilment challenges
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and case notes
  • Share feedback to enhance service processes
  • Escalate complex issues when required
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in a busy customer service or call centre role, ideally in FMCG or E-commerce
  • Clear communication, ability to work under pressure, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Confident using CRM and ticketing systems
  • Value collaboration and delivering exceptional service
