We are a respected, long-established strata management business based in Perth. Known for our no‑nonsense approach and deep expertise managing residential, commercial, and mixed-use strata schemes across WA.

The Role

You will:

Administer strata schemes under the WA Strata Titles Act (1985), including meeting coordination, minutes, budgets, insurance, compliance and maintenance oversight

Act as liaison between strata councils, owners, tenants, and service providers.

Ensure statutory obligations are met, trust accounts are maintained, and meeting records filed with Landgate

Deliver exceptional customer‑focused service, resolve disputes, and proactively manage scheme needs.

What We Require

Minimum WA Strata Manager experience (applicants without WA strata management experience will not be considered).

In‑depth knowledge of WA strata law, strong organisational skills, communication, customer service, and financial literacy.

Exceptional communication, organisation, time-management and conflict resolution skills.

Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.

A practical mindset – common sense is essential in navigating day-to-day challenges, making good judgment calls, and understanding when escalation is needed. This soft skill underpins conflict resolution, financial decision-making, customer interactions, and scheme management.

Membership or accreditation with a professional body (e.g. SCA WA) is an advantage
