We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Insurance Professional to manage our WA team and play an integral part in our WA growth strategy.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a brand new role at Quantumcorp, which will be known as the WA Operations Manager.

Reporting directly to the Head of Personal Injury Investigations, you will be responsible for ensuring Quantumcorp continues to provide our WA clients with the right information in the right timeframe, to enable fast and sustainable claims decisions.

In addition, as Quantumcorp's WA Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Managing a portfolio of WA claims investigations

Managing, mentoring and improving a team of WA investigators

Identifying new investigative talent and assisting with onboarding and training to help create the most highly respected team in WA

Assisting to manage existing client relationships and create new ones

Writing reports, as required.

Conducting some investigative inquiries from time to time

ABOUT YOU

You will have experience working on and/or managing personal injury insurance claims

You will be familiar with or have an ability to quickly and thoroughly familiarise yourself with the WA CTP and Workers Compensation legislation and framework

You will be aware of the reasons why insurers engage investigators, and have a strong understanding of what information insurers are seeking from investigators and the critical components of the investigation process

You will be driven, motivated and able to progress investigations within designated timeframes and with minimal oversight.

You will have well-developed written communication skills and proficiency in report writing and critical analysis.

You will be a strong communicator with excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work well as a team leader and communicate effectively with clients and staff.

You will be highly professional, confident and come with a positive can/do attitude

You will have strong computer skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office systems

You will enjoy a fast-paced environment and have an ability to multi task and perform at a high level under pressure

You will have a high level of attention to detail and an ability to plan, organise and manage investigations so as to ensure our business meets and exceeds client requirements and objectives.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate for this brand new, exciting role at Quantumcorp will be able to demonstrate the following essential requirements:

1. A permanent resident in Perth, WA

2. A strong background in personal injury claims management (CTP or Workers Compensation) including the legislation, the insurance claims process, and the insurer's requirements of their outsourced investigations.

3. Exceptional personal skills and a demonstrated ability to successfully manage and motivate staff

4. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
