We are now seeking an experienced and motivated Executive Assistant to join our fantastic Central Support Office and contribute to our purpose.

About The Opportunity

Join RAAFA today as our newest Program Manager within our Information Services portfolio. As our Program Manager, you will lead team members in implementing initiatives through planning, monitoring and delivering projects in accordance with budget, project objectives, schedule and budget. Working closely with stakeholders and third-party service providers, you will support the organisation in the efficient delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Working collaboratively with leadership accountabilities, coordinate the successful delivery of projects within RAAFA in accordance with the Project Management Framework.
• Prepare project business cases and develop project management plans, including analyses such as return on investment.
• Develop and manage the scheduling of activities within the project in conjunction with key stakeholders and monitor progress.
• Develop and monitor project budgets, providing regular reports to the Project Sponsor/Steering Committee.
• Create and maintain professional project documentation, appropriate to the scale, complexity and risk of the project.
• Provide support in the allocation of resources and staff across the project.
• In conjunction with the system/business owner, assist in the implementation of the project communication plans to support the successful implementation of the project.
• Collect and analyse data associated with projects, and report on project outcomes.
• Establish and manage organisational-wide project reporting to assist in the oversight and management of ongoing projects and strategic priorities.
• Monitor projects within the program, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may impact delivery and escalate anomalies or areas of concern

Essential Qualifications And Experience

• Relevant tertiary qualification and/or demonstrated project management experience
• Demonstrated experience in company-wide project coordination with well-developed knowledge of ICT applications, budget management, project administration policies, procedures and associated methodologies and tools.
• Highly organised, methodical and self-motivated and able to manage competing priorities with high level of accuracy and attention
• Ability to conduct analysis and forecasts to identify potential project barriers.
• Ability to understand a range of technical terminology and language associated with the ICT project environment, with the ability to convert ICT language and concepts into everyday language that suits targeted audiences
• High level of computer literacy, focusing on Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint and SharePoint
• Industry Certifications, including Prince2 are beneficial
• Demonstrated ability to produce and present high-quality written material including reports, briefing notes, project documentation and submissions
